Yes. Same-day pickup is available when the trailer is open and a pickup window can be coordinated. Booking as early as possible gives us the best chance of accommodating your schedule.
Pickup takes place at a commercial property near Centennial Airport. The exact location is provided when your booking is finalised, and a separate message will confirm your pickup window. We limit public location details to protect the equipment, respect the commercial property, and prevent unplanned walk-ins.
Delivery may be available for an additional $40. Please send an inquiry before booking so we can confirm availability, distance, and scheduling.
Stone Ridge is a locally owned, owner-operated company. While we may not have the scale or resources of a national chain, we provide direct communication, flexible decision-making, transparent pricing, and a more personal rental experience. With no outside investors or corporate layers, the owner retains full control over pricing, discounts, equipment standards, and customer service.
Stone Ridge plans to expand the fleet approximately every six months as demand and availability allow. We are a growing local company, so responsible growth takes time, but our goal is to add useful trailer options regularly without compromising equipment quality or customer service.
Our current trailers are brand-new 2027 models. Starting with new equipment allows us to provide customers with modern safety features, dependable operation, and a clean, professional rental experience.
Every trailer follows a preventive-maintenance and pre-rental inspection schedule. At pickup, customers receive a payment receipt and a safety and maintenance checklist showing the most recent service information and the items inspected before release, including tires, lights, brakes, hitch components, safety chains, ramps, and other trailer-specific equipment.
Yes. Ratchet straps, moving blankets, a spare tire, and other common accessories may be provided upon request and subject to availability. Please mention what you need before pickup so we can have the equipment prepared.
Yes. Trailers are cleaned after return and before the next rental. Our process includes pressure washing when appropriate, followed by a soap-and-brush cleaning of the deck, body, ramps, gates, and high-contact areas so each customer receives clean, presentable equipment.
